Downloads txt lyrics when lrc is available

I am using 1.0.1. When performing a lyrics search on a single album, I will frequently see (10 to 20 %) of the time a txt (plain) lyric download when a lrc (synced) is available. I know the lrc is available because I then go to OpenLyrics 1.12 in Foobar and search the same song that has the txt downloaded and a lrc will be available.

Under configuration > Common I have "Download lyrics for songs without synced lyrics" checked. Any way to resolve this issue?
