Describe the bug

Cookie popup is not in the bottomleft corner and constantly popping up, no mather how many times you check the cross. After a few minutes browsing through the site it is back again.

To Reproduce

Reproduce just browse through the site
Checked on Chrome or Edge.

Expected Behavior

Bottom left corner and 1 time close and see it never again.
