Bug: UI Bugs - Extra height and horizontal scroll on long table

Two minor UI bugs:

1. When a table is loaded, the div extends slightly below the bottom of the screen, creating an unnecessary page-length scroll.
2. When a wide table is loaded, it crams the database list to be thinner. The width of the db list should not change.
