Angle-snapping mode

When in normal draw mode, you can press the draw mode shortcut again to enter angle snapping mode. It'd be really nice if Draw Sidewalks mode also supported that, along with picking a reference way with CTRL.

I think I know what behavior you are talking about with respect to the angle snapping mode. That is semi-deliberate -- I wanted to ensure that users could leave the sidewalk mode, and the easiest way to do that was to detect whether or not the user had tried to enter draw mode twice. Which kind of conflicts with entering angle snapping mode.
