[Workflows Send Email Action] - Formatting of msg received is not the one configured #15346

Bug Description
Email is centered => those are not newsletters but emails going out from the "person" mailbox so they should look like standard emails
New lines are sometimes missing , not the ones that seems to be configured in Workflows
(I can share an example if need be but should be easy to reproduce)
This is preventing users from using this action at all
