Suggest to loosen the dependency on PyGithub #6

Description

@Agnes-U

Hi, your project gordon(commit id: 05c77a0) requires "PyGithub==1.53" in its dependency. After analyzing the source code, we found that the following versions of PyGithub can also be suitable, i.e., PyGithub 1.50, 1.51, 1.52, since all functions that you directly (5 APIs: github.GithubException.GithubException.init, github.GithubObject._NotSetType.init, github.MainClass.GithubIntegration.get_access_token, github.MainClass.Github.init, github.MainClass.GithubIntegration.init) or indirectly (propagate to -5 PyGithub's internal APIs and 16 outsider APIs) used from the package have not been changed in these versions, thus not affecting your usage.

Therefore, we believe that it is quite safe to loose your dependency on PyGithub from "PyGithub==1.53" to "PyGithub>=1.50,<=1.53". This will improve the applicability of gordon and reduce the possibility of any further dependency conflict with other projects.

May I pull a request to further loosen the dependency on PyGithub?

By the way, could you please tell us whether such an automatic tool for dependency analysis may be potentially helpful for maintaining dependencies easier during your development?
