Update Node.js Minimum To LTS #88

What is the feature that you would like to see in the SDK? Please describe.
Node.js 12 is out of support as of Apr 2022. This repo should be updated to support Node.js 14 or other LTS release.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Node.js 12 is no longer available for many systems and does not receive security updates, therefore should not be installed on new systems.
