unix read write permissions not available after download to me and Xcode

I set permissions to me and everybody on get info.

I tried doing this though unix command line interface, terminal :

chmod -R 755 Inferno-main

Still only contentView.Swift could be opened from Xcode and I get error messages that Xcode can't find these files with "my recovered" permissions.

Your code never had this trouble before. Please remove glitch you can so much more easily than me.

While most files weren't readable by Xcode, build error was about package not being found missing package product 'inferno'
