feat: add scope inspection command to trix

When importing cip 57 files into tx3, it's kind of impossible to know the names and constructors of all types, so by adding something like
```sh
trix inspect scope
```
that outputs the global symbols available in a tx3 file is a must for developers to know which information they have available and how to use it
