vizejs not in npmjs and cargo

I really enjoyed looking through this code base and what you are currently working on. I just realized that https://www.npmjs.com/package/vizejs linked in the readme is actually not a public npm package, vize is available in alpha 101, but is a broken package when installed.
Cargo also doesn't list it as available

cargo install vizejs
