Define Table for Members

Define the table for members. This should include:

• first_name
• last_name
• uf_id
• uf_email
• phone_number
• team
• discord
• github
• grad_date
• join_date

Feel free to add more fields that you see fit!

Update, got the docker container working between the python app and postgres, and defined the member tables in sql. Added a member progress table too, if weekly report status is going to be stored in sql too.

Update 2: I fixed some errors in the .sql tables, and added a .sql script to insert an arbitrary member. Cleaned up logic inside app.py, and it should work flawlessly on any system.
