Issue Formatting some contents of word document

Hi There,

The word to pdf conversion works mostly really well but some of the styles like bullet lists gets distorted. As an example, I am uploading a sample document for you to try out.

We are licensed users and would like to know if we can report this through a different channel.

Thank you for your feedback.
Just to clarify, the latest release includes fixes for the following issues:

1. List formatting
2. Page breaks

We understand there are still a few remaining issues, particularly with:

1. Table of Contents formatting
2. Text wrapping around images

These are already on our roadmap, and we’ll be working on improvements for them in future updates.
We appreciate your patience and continued input it really helps us improve the product.
