Error installing from Craft Plugins

@laurabennett Thanks for confirming. The dependency lib unionco/syncdb had a few places where it was using features introduced in later PHP versions. The package should be updated on packagist in a few minutes if you would like to try again.

If you continue to get errors on PHP 7.0, can you please send file/line numbers where errors are occurring. I will do my best to support 7.0, but it is end of life.

Unfortunately I was not able to get it working and I don't see any additional error info to share. We are working on moving to newer servers so hopefully it will work once that is complete. Thanks!
