FYI: Better Java support for Github Copilot

In summary, Github Copilot is opening a limited technical preview for their newest update to support more advanced features for the Java language. As it is limited currently, you have to join the waitlist and see if you're granted access to the tool.

As USE's code base mostly contains legacy Java, this should help refactor process to modernize it further. I wouldn't mention what my suggestions are in this thread (hopefully I could specify them clearly in another post), but in general, it may help developers (and USE-users) have a nicer experience when developing/using a better tool.
