Support links in USE manual

Describe the bug
The translated manual does not handle links to figures etc.

For this, "the" correct way to do so in Mardown needs to be defined.

To Reproduce
Open Manual, look at Sectio "Graphical User Interface"

Expected behavior
References should work the proposed "Mardown-way".
