Cloud Migration: Create command line tool to administer PAGER system #284
Description
This tool should run on PAGER group desktops, and authenticate using ssh keys as is done for access to on-prem systems. This tool should allow users to:
- re-run events
- stop/un-stop events
- retrieve PAGER outputs (hopefully from database, maybe also from S3) - model results, exposures
- retrieve user information (encrypt using requestor's public key?)
- modify inputs like: landscan grid, country code grid, empirical loss parameters, etc.
- update PAGER source code
- update PAGER compute container (AMI, Docker container, etc.)
- Control user database: add, delete, modify (add profiles, change email, thresholds)
- Upload HAZUS input (lots of questions about how we are going to integrate HAZUS into real-time)
- Add famous cities to database (see Cloud Migration: Famous Cities #279 )
