The path `/usr/local/ngseq/gems/fgcz` does not exist

Does anyone know how to get around this?

I see the problem in the file

Where is one supposed to find this dependency which we assume to be located at /usr/local/ngseq/gems/fgcz

I understand the README is very old and the installation condition is very limited. Please stop installing SUSHI in your environment for the moment. I will update all the instructions in the coming weeks, and I will let you know when it is ready.
