[FEATURE] Graph search strategies

Many parameters can be described through cops & robber (search) games. These games specify how cops move, how robber moves, and rules of the game (how turn progresses), how the parameter is defined through the game.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add definitions of the parameters through the games.
