Description
I am trying to run on my laptop and at the end of the first CPU benchmark I receiving the following error and am unable to continue:

I have run successfully many times on other machines before.
There aren't any permissions problems that I can tell...I extracted it to by Downloads folder (I have tried moving it).
I am am running as Administrator
I have multiple .NET Frameworks installed.
I checked permissions everything looks ok.
