Registration request pending for 40+ days

I submitted a registration request about **40 days ago** using the academic email domain **@i.smu.edu.cn**, but I have not received any response yet.

I also tried contacting the team via email to ask about the status, but haven't received a reply either.

Could you please check the status of my application and approve it if possible? Thanks.
