Windows VM cant be Upgraded via Inplace Upgrade after Migration

Windows Machines migrated with migratekit cant be Upgrades "Inplace".

Machines installed via prepared Windows Image are working as intended and can be upgraded inplace.

All that we do is move the data bit for bit, I have no idea why Windows system decide to no longer be updatable.
