Rspec-preloader does not work with the cequel gem

The Cassandra Cequel gem does not handle reloads. As such, when rspec-preloader reloads, the Cequel gem responds with a raise of a "duplicated argument name" error.

This happens on a base spec with 0 tests.

Once the pull request is in, the modifications to the cequel gem should fix this problem.
