Exclude Widevine encrypted HEVC in Chrome #1592
Description
This is a summary of the findings of a slack thread, to capture the issue and findings before slack eats it.
It relates to the issue mitigated by this commit:

The comment sums it up. Chrome supports HEVC, but not Widevine + HECV. It would be good if VHS (+ contrib-eme?) could find a way to exclude these playlists in Chrome.
