Why does HLS bit rate switching not immediately at the beginning? The expected effect of this behavior is inconsistent with the user's expected effect.
In the demo, the default auto bit rate (automatically selected gear2) will switch to gear1 immediately after manually changing it to gear1, but when I manually change it to gear2, it takes 1 minute for more content to switch.
Then switch back and forth between gear1 and gear2 and it will switch immediately, why is that? If I need to switch as soon as possible the first time instead of waiting 1 or 2 minutes, what can I do?

I know it may be caused by vhs3 removing fastQualityChange, is there any way I can set or modify some code to switch immediately at the beginning?
