Move tsconfig.json into build framework #2
Description
The tsconfig.json is currently located in frontend-framework's root folder. Move it to the build frameworks' root folder.
Difficulty seems to be the loading of configurations and different include/exclude folder names:
webpack-stream gulp task -> webpack.config.js -> tsconfig.json
