[prfanalyze-visa] _modelpred.nii.gz is identical to generating data

Hi again,

When I run the prfanalyze-vista docker on data I generate with prfsynth, the generated data and the _testdata.nii.gz and _modelpred.nii.gz-files contain the exact same time series:

I don't think the predictions of a PRF model look like this? Also, this obviously doesn't align with the R2s...

Is this a bug?

oh sorry about the delay not a but, we add it for when we didn't need it because it was very time consuming. Can you check in your config this option? "obtainPreds": true if it is not true it will just copy the input thanks! Gari
