windows local server private key issue

I tested on windows local server, when it generated key pair, It set incorrect password because windows openssh generated encrypted private key. As a result this key can not loaded with the following function.

I got solution if I use

$private = EC::createKey('Ed25519');
$public = $private->getPublicKey();

this key working.

The issue is in app/Support/helpers.php:20-24 - Windows OpenSSH generates encrypted keys even with empty passphrase. Modify generate_key_pair() to use OpenSSL like GenerateKeysCommand.php does: replace ssh-keygen -t ed25519 with openssl genpkey -algorithm RSA -out {$path} followed by ssh-keygen -y -f {$path} > {$path}.pub. Alternatively, use phpseclib3's EC::createKey('Ed25519') for pure PHP key generation.
