Toxic Fogger spawns randomly around the player; should spawn where the player places it.
Workaround:

UPDATE `spell_template` SET `rangeIndex` = 1 WHERE `entry` = 6620;

Expected behavior

Toxic Fogger should spawn where the player places it.

Steps to reproduce

Finish quest ID 1086

Version & Environment
