Add support for OVA virtalbox

I would like to have a pipeline to convert qcow2 to ova virtualbox format and i would love to use you tool to have a single too that can goes on vmware or virtualbox appliance

qcow2 is a QEMU specific format. It's open, see https://github.com/zchee/go-qcow2/blob/master/docs/specification.md . But I think it's out of scope for open-vmdk, so unlikely to be implemented for it.

Why not convert from qcow2 to raw image format using qemu-img and then use that as input for vmdk-convert?

What is the issue here? The only occurrence of the string "vmware.vmci" is at https://github.com/vmware/open-vmdk/blob/master/ova-compose/ova-compose.py#L396 , and is only used if a VMCI device is configure in the yaml config.

Thanks for now it mosly work with this kind of config
but it lack some specific vbox part like
