Complete project list view

Project list view was started by @cschiewek. Let's complete that view (grid of thumbnails) and add view and delete buttons for each project, along with a 'new project' button.

This page should likely get some design @tedirvine.

I've started this on a branch, and it's close. I'll merge it when it's ready. It'll be ugly, but it'll work.
