Publication of Core and SPARQL fails due to common css file dependency

While the other build errors have disappeared, the publication process is now stuck because the shacl12-common/style.css is not in the same folder and/or cannot be found:

OK, so this is a W3C tool limitation and we will just have to maintain copies of style.css in each Document's folder.

I guess we will just have to be disciplined to copy in from common and apply any generic fixes back to the common copy.

I don't suppose links (preferably hard, but soft might be viable) are an option?

Still not working, I don't see style.css in the shacl12-core folder.
