On the consent schema page at https://w3c.github.io/dpv/schema/dpv-27560 the links to the guide https://w3id.org/dpv/guides/consent-27560 are incorrect -- they lead back to the schema page. Fix this by updating the url/href to the correct link, and also fix the reference (appendix) to point to the consent guide page.
