HTTPS-first behaviour #1014
Description
Prompted by a bug in WebKit, I do wonder if anyone can think of any use-case for exposing the attempted HTTPS request before it falls back to HTTP via WebDriver. I can't think of any, but we should probably at least consider whether there is?
