Plasmo is a popular browser extension framework.
Developing browser extension always need to switch different devtools for tabs, options, popup, background...I believe console ninja could help.

Here is the sample repo, you can pnpm install, then pnpm dev, after that you can load the simple extension to check(reference: https://docs.plasmo.com/framework#development-server)
