Add auto-power-on + input switching on volume change for Yamaha AVRs

If this option is enabled, the app should do a power-on and an input-switch on a volume change. It should trigger only after some period of inactivity (like 10 seconds), no need to send this for every volume adjustment.

This is to have a simple way to configure the AVR in case the power, zone or input setting is not configured properly for the output when the user tries to change the volume.
