Invoke TV remote in a separate window #4766

It is possible to have the controller with the option of bring a separate window? one that would have the option of hiding away under the icon at the toolbar however , the kicker is it can be summoned with a hot key ? . that would be a nice enhancement for the niche samsun-gnonians The G is silent like lasagna

The idea is to have an easy way to invoke the Samsung Smart TV remote (or other remotes if added in the future) in a separate window.
