Doesn't work for anonymous users (Error: CRM.simpledonate is undefined)

I've installed simple donate extension on our WP + Civi multi site and it only works for logged in users. This doesn't appear to be the same issue as reported here: https://civicrm.stackexchange.com/questions/7111/problem-with-simple-donate-extension-and-anonymous-users.

Any guidance on this?
