Make possibility for running SPARQL query over RO annotations #6
Description
Several approaches are possible:
(1) Provide "ro query" command
(2) provide option to export RO annotations as RDF, which can be piped to asqc utility
(3) provide option to dump all RO metadata (manifest and annotations) as RDF which can be piped to asqc
