Better to have two separate samples to demonstrate HTTP monitoring and Metrics Monitoring

HTTP monitoring and Metrics monitoring can be considered as two separate features given by MSF4J. So Its better have two samples to demo two scenarios. And It can be done with a small effort as well.

Currently doc https://docs.wso2.com/display/MSF4J100/Using+Metrics+and+HTTP+Monitoring+Interceptors and https://github.com/wso2/msf4j/tree/master/samples/metrics-httpmon/metrics-httpmon-fatjar explains both features together. I feel its not easy to catchup what we explain in the doc for a new user.
