download links don't work for either v1 or v2

On v2, I get errors in the JavaScript console, including:
> TypeError: "anchor.click is not a function"

And a 404 for the URL: http://x-tag.github.io/null

On v1 (which has lots of internal link issues, btw), I just get directed to this URL which is currently 404:
