Error of click to the order in the reduced window (The browser window is't full screen).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Main Page
2. Change the size of the browser window, reduce it
3. Click on any order in a order book
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Order information is displayed

Environment:

• OS: Win 10 (64 bit)
• Browser Chrome 71.0.3578.98
