Ensure entries are filled with proper timezone #81
Description
Clockify time entries are not stored with the proper timezone in TimeEntryStoreService.
Read the timezone from the UserProfile info and store the entry to the time range given by that user or to 9 am as default. Remember that clockify API accepts UTC DateTimes. The UserProfile can be read in EntryFillDialog.
