Add an antivirus #39
Description
Scan files and links with the VirusTotal API. Here is a possible Java wrapper that can be used for the API I've found on an official VirusTotal support page.
The idea is that if one (or perhaps multiple to avoid false positives) of the many anti virus scanners or other similar things that VirusTotal uses detect if a link/file is infected detects malware, then the message would get deleted and if the time from when the message was sent to when it was deleted was, say, greater than a second, it would even warn people in chat that a message that a potential virus was sent.
I highly doubt that there would be any significant performance issues as a consequence to using this API, but if during testing the performance is hampered, then the antivirus feature would only be applied to non mods/rtcs.
