Feature request - add cookie change protection

Just like erasure protection, but deny changes of cookie. I have problem on mobile.de site that constantly changes language to de, and lang is written in cookie, but site is constantly rewritting with default value. I would like to override that or to change it back to my predefined value after site changes it

Maybe you can use uBlock Origin to do this. like : ^responseheader(set-cookie)
