Doesn't show all cookies

Selecting "Manage All Cookies" does not show cookies from some domains. Context(s) is All, refresh does not fix it.

Right now "telegram.org" cookies are not displayed by this extension even though they are displayed in the Firefox settings/privacy/manage data

Even when the current tab is telegram.org it will say there are 0 cookies for this domain
