File paths on OS X systems

On OS X, and I suspect other *nix based systems, one must replace the \\ with / in the script prior to running otherwise you end up with folder that have names that look like Windows paths.

If you use vim, simply do :%s/\\\\/\//g will do the job.

Also, in my personal fork, I've fixed the problem and add support for Github flavored Markdown. A merge request might be necessary. Or you can use it out of the box.
