Using CAFA3 data in CAFA2 platform #3

I'm working on a predictor as a proof of concept in collaboration with a CAFA participant. We've used your platform to measure the performance of our method and compare it with the results of the CAFA2 paper to estimate the behaviour of this new approach. Recently, we realized that for CAFA3, the benchmark code is in this repository:

So, we want to update to CAFA3 to use more recent data. We used this code but it generates only Fmax tables and PR curves (and it doesn't include the baseline method data). All results shown in CAFA3 paper seems to be generated with your platform. My question is, how could I use your platform with CAFA3 data? The repository of ashleyzhou give no mention of how to use the matlab platform with his/her data and in your README I cannot see how to use your platform with CAFA3 data.
