Follow Windows resizing and placement conventions

Using Journaley 2.1 on Windows 10.

Windows 10 provides shortcut keys for resizing and placing windows such as holding down the Windows key and pressing the right arrow to send the active window to the right half of the screen, or holding down shift+win+up to grow maximize the window vertically, etc. Journaley doesn't obey these windows management shortcuts.

Thanks for reporting! This is probably because Journaley uses a borderless window and draws the custom border itself. It turns out this approach has many downsides, including this issue, and we might want to revisit this.
