Document and/or make it more obvious that Start + Up hides the overlay

Would it be possible to add a key combination that hides the menu? Disabling/renaming the plugin file everytime you want to just play the game normally or walk around for a bit can become tiresome. Having an ability to toggle it all together with a keypress would be useful.

This can be done currently be pressing Start + Up. It's not well documented or shown at the moment. I'll keep this issue open as a reminder to update the readme, make it more obvious in Reader, or both.
