Refactor the code of server.js file

Example: We can use the express router API, put the code of the endpoint in a diff file/folder, and use it in the server.js file

Assign me this issue @zeel-codder . I will edit the GetList function to a separate function named getList for improved organization. This function now returns an empty array if an error occurs.
